Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over €100 throughout the Netherlands. Most packages are sent via PostNL, which generally delivers the next day. PostNL does not have a pickup service on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed on these days will be delivered on Tuesday.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

You will then be credited the full order amount, including any shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are €6.95 per package for the Netherlands, including insurance, and must be sent via the official return link you received from us.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@twentelaser.nl. We will then send you a return link with a label or a return number, and will subsequently refund the order amount due within 14 days after receiving your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order. Please note: keep your proof of postage until you have been credited.

Exception:
For products that you purchase via this webshop and that have been custom-made or adjusted for you according to the specifications you entered or provided, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.
