Shipping

From €100, we ship the order for free throughout the Netherlands. Most packages are shipped with PostNL, and they generally deliver the next day. On Saturdays and Sundays, PostNL does not have a pickup service, and orders placed on these days will be delivered on Tuesday.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

You will then be credited with the full order amount, including any shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are €6.95 per package for the Netherlands, including insurance, and must be sent via the official return link you received from us.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging. To use this right, you can contact us via info@twentelaser.nl. We will then send you a return link with a label or a return number, and will refund the owed order amount within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has already been received in good order. Please note, keep your shipping proof until you have been credited.

Exception:
Products that you purchase through this webshop and are custom-made or adjusted according to the specifications you entered or provided are not subject to the right of withdrawal. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.
